Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. After 7 business days have passed since our shipping records have shown that the package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your purchased items, as well as any free product(s) packaged with it, must be unused and in resalable condition.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged during the shipping process. We understand that you do not have control over shipping and neither do we after it leaves our shop.
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return as long as the condition criteria matches the requirements listed above. Once the return item is received and approved, a virtual gift card code will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the item(s) to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount will be minus the shipping costs.
Custom Orders & Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to custom orders and wholesale transactions. Custom orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract.
